Private credit managing director salary?
Seeing around 300k all in on Glassdoor which seems low, but I don’t have much frame of reference as I’m currently an analyst.

Lol private credit 1st year associates at the well known funds (ares, blue owl, sixth st, BX credit, etc) are pulling 300k+. MD is a very wide title, but at institutional type places, starts at around the $1mm mark, give or take - from what i've heard
Any insight on the portfolio/operations team comp at the associate level for those funds?
Salary starts at $400,000 to $500,000 for a newly minted MD with all-in comp highly variable based on carry and other components. But expect at least $1,000,000 all in.
Most VP's at MF are making $1M+
cash or inclusive of annualized carry?
With carry
Great insight - I wish there was more data on MM PC comp. Very tough info to find
