Private Equity Investment Exits
Would anyone be able to provide more information on the process for portfolio company exits?
I know this depends on the fund's exit strategy and would ideally be determined pre-acquisition as part of the investment thesis, but would there be an exit recommendation for the Investment Committee to consider before the company can be sold?
