Promotion Employment Contract
I was promoted to associate and received an increased base salary which I was alerted to on our internal server, but I was never asked to sign anything and do not see any official document stating that this is my salary for some amount of time. Is this normal for a large bank? I would think that when you agree to a promotion and raise, there would be a new contract requiring signature.
I've never had to re-sign anything for a raise / promotion, usually just a meeting w/ manager.
