Recruiting after PE Associate Years
After having gone through the very structured target -> IB -> Buyside recruiting programs without too much thought like many others, wondering how to approach the next phase. If you feel you’re likely not getting the VP promote or are otherwise looking for a change, is it as simple as starting outreach to the same set of headhunters from the associate process to get more active looks? Any resources for which firms are best for different mid-level buyside roles across HF/PE?
