REIT Take-Privates — Which PE Firms Focus Here?

I've been getting really into REIT take-private deals lately. I know they aren’t super common, but I find them really interesting.
Curious if there are any PE shops or RE-focused platforms that are known for doing these types of deals more than others. Not expecting a long list or anything, just trying to figure out where to look if I wanted to work on this kind of stuff long term.
