REPE exit opportunities??

Hi all, my first post here.

Just received an offer from a REPE firm (~2bn) for an analyst role (acquisition and asset management). Wondering what are the exit opportunities for REPE?

Is it possible to move into a larger REPE fund, ideally with a greater regional exposure (APAC, I’m base in Asia) or corporate PE? My main concern for the offer is its brand. From where I’m from REPE is a fairly small sector without many deals happening so I’m just curious if that will hamper my chance in moving to a larger regional fund.

Any insights are greatly appreciated! Thanks.
