Screwed up my MF interview. What are my chances?

I'm a BB associate (soon to be VP) and I interviewed for a MF associate position in Asia. I was top bucket for 5 years straight. Had high hopes coz it was an opportunity introduced by a good headhunter and he was confident about my chances too given I turned down another MF infra gig last year tho I got the offer (just wasn't into infra)

I interviewed with the VP that would rank right above me if I were to join. 40 minutes of the interview was mostly fit + deal experience + industry specific knowledge knowledge on multiples/risks/points for DD. I felt good about this part coz I studied up on a lot and prepared for even an investment thesis and pitch for a specific company.

Last 10 minutes were on technicals but I completely blew it. I was asked on the formula for Levered/Unlevered FCF and how D&A change will impact 3FS I forgot how to answered these since I last prepared for an entry level job which was 6 years ago I was prepared for more complex and difficult questions and went completely blank and at some point even apologized for a brain fart

This was my last try at an MF before settling in IB entirely.

Do you think I will still have a chance for a model test and next round?
