How is the secondaries industry like in HK/SG? Top shops, compensation, lifestyle etc. Thoughts vs direct PE as an exit opp for bankers? Appreciate if anyone has any color on this exciting space in Asia!

These groups work exceptionally hard and with very long hours. Most of the funds are really small unless you are part of a satellite office for like HarbourVest or Ardian.
Fwiw, I have never seen anyone in a FoF move to a GP in Asia, but secondaries professionals in Asia seem to have much more stability with career progression. I would be curious to know what they are paid.
