Hi everyone, I’ve got about 3 years experience as an analyst at a small-mid market secondary PE form (AUM around €500m), does anyone have any advice on how to move into directs or routes from here? I’ve considered advisory/placement agent but I wasn’t sure about salary long term and if the pays as good?
