Sell Side Due Diligence in a PE Deal
(Edit: apologies this was automatically moved from IB to PE forum).
In a PE Process, the first I've run with from the start, we've done things perhaps a strange way.
We've ended up selecting a final bidder early as they've know the company for 10 years.
What can I expect from the DD phase, what will my work entail as a (highly-trusted) second year analyst who picks up asso slack more often than not when we're tight staffed. Deal is c.£300m
- What can I expect to be doing?
- What will my senior & junior peers be doing that i might have to pick up?
- How can I prep myself/ prep to get ahead?
Please be as comprehensive as you've time for. Look forward to hearing what you have to offer!
