You r not getting into IB with that CV, and from your profile you have a referral with JPM? London JPM will bin you for having a referral

I'm assuming you go Warwick? It's the only semi target (msc level) outside of London.

I also don't understand why you'd even remotely consider doing a 2nd masters?? Maybe IB is just not for you.

You should focus on actually getting a FT seat in banking before you even consider PE, your CV also needs a lot of work.

So

1) it sounds like you're doing a 2nd MSc from the same uni? Please don't do this. The only way it'd even be remotely sensible is to level up the uni. Levelling up the course by a small margin is not going to help your CV.

2) IB from a semi target MSc will be tough.

3) From a quick scan your CV needs a lot more quantification and details. Bullets feel vague. I mean you've got a 6 month internship there with like 40 words across 2 bullets. That would kind of signal to me you've done nothing.

Being in school means you can build out more relevant experiences and be eligible for OC programs etc.
