SGE FT Hiring
Does anybody know if SGE (SIG's growth equity outfit) hires analysts straight out of undergrad? Is hiring structured or ad-hoc? Would really appreciate it if anyone can provide some color on this.

Career Resources
I interviewed with SGE at one point. They do hire out of undergrad. In fact, I was told that they barely hire laterally - almost all of their current associates were intern/analyst hires (this was last year).
Thanks!
Also interviewed with SGE! They hire 1, maybe 2 analysts per year out of undergrad, but they come from the intern class. Big preference is given to Penn.
