Singapore Megafund

Does anyone here work for a megafund in Singapore / familiar or know about megafunds in Singapore?

I was wondering about the role of a pre-MBA associate relative to the same role in a US office. Was also wondering about comp and if it's comparable to the comp you'd get in NY/SF/Boston etc

Do CVC and TPG only recruit specific industry groups (ie the energy PE shops recruiting nat res bankers)? I know nat res is hot in the region right now.

Probably limited to CVC and TPG since in Temasek and GIC you won't go anywhere unless your family is big in Singapore.

I saw CVC has a tiny office in Singapore, TPG no idea because of their website.

Basically I'm wondering if your responsibilities are the same as they would be in NY, and if your comp is the same (I guess they would adjust for cost of living, but Singapore is pretty expensive anyway).
