Haven't heard of them either - think they represent very small firms. One person reached out last year - the HH I spoke with was a bit rude IMO, I think there was a few months' time lag from with when they received my resume to when they reached out to me by then, and I had already moved from my IB role to a PE associate role by the time they spoke with me. The HH was very upset about the fact that the new associate role wasn't updated on my previous resume, even though I pointed out the time lag - super strange and judgy vibe. They were representing a role which seemed below market. When I tried reaching out to ask about a different role, they have since been unresponsive.

They're a lot like Selby Jennings I think. Post lots of roles that they don't have the explicit mandate for and try to collect resumes they can then bring to the firm and earn their fee. No idea if the individual recruiters actually speak to the firms in question but I've talked to them a couple of times, still yet to see if they actually result in interviews.
