Half the senior team just left to start their own fund along with a good chunk of the junior team, no? From my experience they’re a fine LMM shop with last fund ~$300M and a fine portfolio. Don’t know much about the exodus of the team but otherwise seems fine if you’re ok with LMM

 

Buy and build shop. I thought they used to be more of an independent sponsor and recently / are in the process of shifting to traditional LP model. They do roll-ups in sleepy business services industries - check out the portfolio and you can see the sort of stuff (e.g., restoration companies). Think they've been pretty successful at scaling their portcos from what I've heard...
