I have a bunch of stuff going on with Starwood Capital in July and was wondering if anyone could shed some light on their fund quality and their reputation in the PE/REPE space. Was specifically curious as to what the mix of real estate work and non-RE would be, and how they compare to the MF RE programs, as well as Oaktree, CIM Grp, etc.
I couldn't find any recent threads on this and would appreciate any info you guys have.
