I can't help you with that but I can refer you to a good sequel to the Street of Walls LBO. "Conceptual Fundamentals - LBO Modeling" on Udemy is a solid course for ~$25 - takes you through a slightly more complicated LBO and includes structuring the deal.

I remember trying to find a copy of the Street of Walls model years ago when I was in IB to work on my LBO modeling skills. I could not find it so I literally recreated the Street of Walls model from the screenshots that they have on the model walkthrough page. It took me sometime to complete but I actually got it to be dynamic and functioning.
I would actually recommend the WSO PE Package given how much more robust it is.
WSO LBOS are as you say, robust and very well explained.
