Sun Capital Partners

Hi all,

I was wondering whether anyone has any information on the recruiting process / timeline for this firm? When they begin and how the process is structured would be amazingly helpful. This is office agnostic. Really appreciate it in advance, thanks!

Had a buddy who interviewed with them last year for an European office: 2 first round interviews with Associates/Senior Associates, 3-4 interviews (second round) with Vice Presidents, 2 Interviews (second/third round, depending on schedules) with MDs. If you make it past that, you have a 4-hour case study based in an IM for a company they have looked at in the past. Following the case study, they proceeded right to the offer stage.

Matrick, that's really helpful, thanks. Would you have any information on the components of the IM case study? The first rounds are consistent with what I have heard from others about the process, and from my experience talking with those at the firm. Thanks again!
