Long-time lurker, first time poster - I've recently accepted my PE offer after spending too many years in investment banking at an "elite boutique" (fucking hate that term, and "high finance" for that matter).
Just wanted to thank you all for the random posts with niche topics on balancing models late night, random rants on how shitty banking (and PE) is, and just general humor.
Most people find finance / its people stuck up and annoying (and we mostly are), but there have been true bright spots over the years where guys / gals feel down on their luck or downright not good and other strangers they've never met lifting them up.
