Thesis Library
Despite being in the industry for a few years now, I haven’t been able to find a good library/database of investment thesis examples. Are there any public (or accessible private) examples of investment thesis, with detail of decision making criteria and end result?

Really, I figured that there must be something like this out there, if only just to help the learning process. Not for PE?
You have to ask why anyone would relinquish firm or their own IP to help some prospect somewhere. You need to hold this on your own and synthesize the takeaways across-investments somewhere. DM if you want to Zoom and Incan walk you though some of mine

Agree, doesn't exist. Your best bet might be examining famous deals that turned into HBS/GSB case studies (Nabisco, Bausch & Lomb, etc.) (just going off memory).

More seriously — look at any investment presentation for a public company and synthesize the main ideas into a sentence or two. That’s every investment thesis
Go on 10x EBITDA and have a look at some of the activist hedge fund presentations from Elliott, Pershing etc, its pretty exhaustive post 2015-ish :)! May not have the absolute latest like Elliott / PepsiCo but you can find that quite easily.
If you dig really deeply on the internet, you'll be able to find some of the older gems like Pershing / MBIA etc which are incredible depending on your sector.
