Those who “made it” in PE / finance, are you truly happy?

For those of you in those coveted finance seats (thinking MD at UMM and up type shops) are you truly happy? Not like happy because you are stupid rich and hours have mostly calmed down and you have multiple houses, but like happy in that you feel fulfilled in your life and what you’ve done with your life? I don’t know if I’m naive in thinking that life should feel fulfilling and that I should be working on and building something that aligns with who I am and my sense of purpose in this life?
