Thoughts on Monomoy Capital Partners and should I take offer?
So I just got an offer for 2024 SA at Monomoy Capital Partners, I like the firm but I’d love to hear thoughts from others on rep/culture/hours/exit opps etc. I couldn’t find many good up to date posts on it. They’re only giving me the weekend to decide, but im currently in the process for IB at centerview (had a 1st round that I think went really well), Cowen (had a sd), and Goldman (hirevue) and I’m also in the process for a few good GE firms. What should I do? commiting to a firm I don’t know much about the rep of and can’t find much info on it is a scary prospect, especially when I’m in the process for several well respected firms.
