all four are outstanding firms, if you have the option of working for one of them you take it
All great shops, wouldn't call them MM necessarily. Are all for the same location? Be aware that Silver Lake for example, is focused on one industry, while others have a more generalist setup. I know a couple people who left Silver Lake because of that and joined other MFs and MMs.
