any information on strong groups, exit opps, associate program, MBA internship etc. would be helpful

Based on my conversations with a few folks that work/worked there, it seems like a good shop with good people but certain groups are massively understaffed.
which groups are understaffed? does that lead to more hours or less deal flow for those groups?
I wasn't sure if they were on the health care or education team, they were getting solid deal flow which resulted in greater hours.
what about comp? compared to linden, water street, pritzker, cressey etc.? does it lag behidn the big three?
any insight on comp at vistria for associates and VPs?
Think comp is good VP 600
any idea on what that is at gtcr/mdp for VPs? is it higher? also do vps get carry or co-invest?
