Middle market infra / infra-adjacent - will do smaller traditional infra project M&A but also invest in more vanilla PE like HVAC services. Founded by a bunch of ex-Lehman guys that supposedly got burned in the GFC. Pretty sharp, and I think performance was solid. Culture / WLB seemed better than most of the upmarket infra guys (GIP, MIRA, Stonepeak, etc.) although that's not saying much and I still got that NYC hardo vibe from them.

Small niche player. Looks like they missed the infra boom. Some of their peers who started around financial crisis and focused on value add / growth and are also on fund 4-5 managed to get to 10b+. Might be an interesting thesis, makes sense to try and feed the infra fud world given how big their competitors got.
