Tikehau Capital - Culture / Rep / Comp

Looking to move to the buyside and had a recruiter ask me if I would be interested in 2nd Year PE Analyst role at Tikehau Capital. They have a reasonable AUM for the entire firm (>£25B) but with only ~£4B dedicated to their PE strategy. Couldn't seem to find anything on here about culture / market rep / exit opps after associate and comp etc.

Any guidance would be super helpful!
