Time for intern cold emails
Besides the formal applications/recruitment, I plan on sending out a bunch of cold emails to some smaller firms for an internship.
What months would be a good time to start sending them out since these firms don't have a formal process. Not sure if a month in advance comes off as desperate or if the fall is way too early they'll forget.
Best would be to email earlier and make contact then you can also follow up later on
Disagree, try calling first and then follow up with email. People will ignore your email, but if you reach them over the phone, way more likely to respond.
