I'm starting an internship (unstructured programme) later this summer at an investment firm for 3 months. Aware that for paid internships where you're looking to convert (which I am), a week off is a definite no, however wanted to see if the case changes for an unpaid internship?
They did already ask me about my summer plans and mentioned to let them know in advance if I do have any so they can prepare accordingly.
