Training Materials on Sourcing?

Currently an IB analyst about to join a growth equity shop and I was curious if anyone has come across resources on sourcing best practices / call scripts / etc, especially anything from sourcing-heavy shops (JMI, TA, FTV, Insight). I’ve seen basic stuff from growth equity recruiting websites but I’m hoping to find materials that go more in-depth on the strategy and intricacies of sourcing. I know some of these shops have an almost formulaic approach so it would be great to get some insight on how they teach associates to lead calls and build out a thematic approach to finding interesting companies. Thank you in advance!
