UMM Tech Firms Updated Thoughts

Hi all,

Does anyone have any insight on how some of the UMM tech firms compare going into 2025? Specifically asking about the ~$4-12bn fund size (so firms like Arcline, GI, Genstar, Accel-KKR, WCAS, STG, THL, etc.) Curious how people perceive prestige, associate experience, career trajectory, etc. and don't really care about comp at the junior level. I see a lot of one-off mentions of these types of firms, but not a ton of color that's recent given how some of these firms have evolved over the last 1-2 years. Any insight is helpful here!
