Upcoming PE interview! Would love some advice considering Id be focusing on real estate aquistions.

I networked and landed an interview this Thursday for a PE RE (industrial) acquisitions internship for this summer. I'm currently majoring in finance and understand that RE is a completely different world when it comes to valuations, modeling, etc. I've already messaged and emailed the VP that will be interviewing me, so he already understands I major in finance. I expressed my genuine interest in RE as well, I dream to own property of my own way day. I know a good majority of my work will be front end, and I don't mind at all!

My biggest worry is my doubt in my ability to build models and run through models in an interview. I know they'll teach me if I land the role. I've watched countless videos and did a decent amount of online camps. Some are incredibly simple to me, and easy to make, but others, go into great depth and I end up hitting considerable roadblocks when I attempt to build my own models from scratch. I just don't have resources and Bloomberg terminal access is very limited (I will be on one all day Wednesday if I can even though it doesn't directly apply to RE). I basically have no guidance as my only modeling professor is grossly unqualified (non-target). However, I do plan on reaching out to old finance professors that may have some experience.

I'm not trying to Dunning-Kruger myself in my interview and end up looking like a dipshit who acts like he knows what hes talking about.

Any advice, links, and reads will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
