US IB to Asia PE
Hey monkeys, I will be starting FT in a lower tier BB in NYC but I am very interested in pursuing PE in Asia (China/HK/SG). What's the general process like for Asia PE recruiting for IB analysts based in the US, and how would you recommend me to approach and prepare for this process? Any insight is appreciated!

No, I went to a Top 30 university but my university isn't as well known as some other same tier schools like UCB
