I recently received an offer at a firm that is my second choice for a summer internship and they want to hear back on my decision in 2 weeks. I haven’t heard back from my first choice in a few weeks after the 3rd round, but want to follow-up and mention I have an offer in-hand in case there is any chance I could still be in the process. How should I go about this to HR? How specific would I need to be on my current offer?
