Hi everyone. I was wondering what kind of traits to look for when vetting firms on their first or second fund.
Is the size of the first fund a good indicator of how LPs view the teams capability?
Pedigree of senior / founding partners?
Also, how would you recommend negotiating offers in these scenarios?
