Washington Harbour Partners

Anyone have intel on this fund in DC? I did some desktop research and ended up more confused than informed.

A BI article cites 91.5% returns in 2020 but the fund's most recent 13F shows less than $40 million in holdings. Their ADV lists $1.6 billion of AUM, which I assume is largely on the private side, but when I search SEC filings, there are gazillions of entities with "Washington Harbour" in the name. They've recently lead a few defense tech deals yet I don't see them listed as a participating investor on pitchbook for many portfolio companies on their website.

What's the story? How reputable is the founder Mina Faltas? Any insight much appreciated.
