What do you do in PE if you don’t want an MBA after?
What are the top exits? Another PE fund? HF? Where does this typical path continue?
Super curious thanks

Depends on if it's a two years and out model or not. You really don't need an MBA these days in PE if you're already in the industry and if you're talented, most firms would rather retain you and give you a little piece of carry so that you'll feel like you can never leave than have you leave for business school and end up at a competitor.
Bump. Also wondering this as I’m a current first year PE aso at a MF who is likely not interested in getting an MBA. How hard is it to go from a large fund to another large fund (MF / UMM) after completing your first two associate years?
Bump on this - also interested if folks have any info here
Probably take a look downstream (not super downstream if coming from MF) and see if there are firms with career track and room for advancement without MBA. If you don't want to stay in PE, you can try for HF depending on your interests or anything you want really.
