When does carry vesting start
My firm raised a new fund and I am signing my first carried interest agreement. They closed on the fund 9 months ago, but are saying the carry vesting will start next month alongside the first platform deployed in the fund. Is that market?
Should carry vesting clock start at fundraise or at first platform?
