When will IB/PE jobs be automated

Genuine question - with rampant layoffs / hiring freezes in tech, am curious to hear about how IB/PE firms are thinking about it right now. To what extent are analyst / aso jobs already replaceable? Could you be confident they'll be automated in ~5-10 years? What would the industry look like then? Tbh, since GPT came out 2 years ago, it always felt to me like a lot of the "monkey work" could be automated ... not that there aren't more "human" aspects of the job, especially at the more senior levels ofc, but I'm curious what people think of analyst jobs in a post-agent world
