1. what's the best practice when calculating the WC peg for businesses that experience large swings due to seasonality? (say you want to buy a business either before or after a peak in WC due to seasonality)
2. What's the best practice when calculating the peg for a business which is experiencing strong growth and hence has an increasing need of WC.
