Lol at old school.  We used those frequently not 2.5 years ago.  Oh how the world has changed since 2020

Everything that used to be a phone call is now a zoom call.  Sucks

I prefer a dial-in over video calls 80% of the time. I've been caught saying just make sure there's a dial-in to young colleagues and they don't understand what I mean.

Personally, I don't mind Teams and would prefer a Webex to Zoom.

YMMV, I always felt that about Google Meet. I think both Teams and Zoom are superior products.

Dude. I've been SAYING this to my group. Teams is the slowest, most laggy piece of shit I've ever dealt with. We have CAT 6E cables running into high-power precision workstations that are top-of-line in terms of quality... can't get a god damn signal on Teams. No one can. It's just dogshit, Microsoft needs to do an overhaul of the entire core infrastructure of the program.

Google Meet, however, is butter. I've had nothing but positive experiences using it, and a lot of my coworkers echo the sentiment. Doesn't matter, it's 'company policy' and a 'security issue' even though our guys at IT could probably configure the thing safely in about ten minutes. Damn.

Funny how everyone has different opinions. I hate Zoom as our company’s internal chat system is Teams and it’s convenient to use given the chat.
