911! I need help REPE friends!

Hi everyone!

I am looking for an example of a REPE research report. I just need someone baseline to get a feel for what is considered the standard template and what they typically contain. I've been told it should be a few pages and come to an investment conclusion. Any examples would be awesome!

Real Estate Mock Interview

“Nick was fantastic. He didn’t just glance at my resume and give me generic advice—he explained exactly why it wasn’t telling the story I wanted it to tell, then helped me figure out how to fix it. He pushed me to be more intentional about how I talk about my experience and gave me concrete steps to prepare for interviews, from tailoring my resume to practicing financial modeling. This is such a broad question.... Research report on what? Do you mean research or an investment brief?
