Advice for what career path to pursue in RE

Recently I have just started my 2nd internship in RE, specifically in AM. Previous to this I worked an internship in  brokerage (mostly research and underwriting). I now constantly find myself torn on what career path to follow within the realm of real estate. Any advice?
