AM Models?

Does anyone have any experience working w/ AM models as opposed to Acquisition models? Looking for some examples of something that can be used to track and note historical expenses, budgeting, fwd forecast, etc.

How is this typically done at your firm?

Thanks

Wow. Was really hoping to avoid using ARGUS in that way. We work with a lot of multi-family, and from my experience on the Acquisitions side has been that ARGUS was useless for that asset type, but I've never tried out their AM platform so I am completely clueless.

Any of you build out some simple model in Excel to keep track of everything? It's incredible that there are absolutely no resources for this online?

..that's the point of the post; to see if anyone has these platforms built out or can point to any resources of a great AM model? My problem was not how to get 5-yr cash flows into the model, it's the host of backend functions that need to added that complicate the matter. It's do-able, but a large undertaking when working from scratch. Curious if anyone had any already made.

Thanks
