Curious if anyone here has experience using fundraising software such as appfolio or anything along those lines? If so, what was your experience like? Would you use it again? Do you feel as though it provided access to adequate capital?

Juniper Square has an amazing platform for fundraising and it's tailored for real estate funds / syndications. I've not worked with them directly but I know others who have used them and absolutely love it. I know it is a little pricey for the full suite, but there are a lot of other CRM functions besides fundraising.
