Any good real estate forums?

These are the results I get when I Google "real estate investing forums":

https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums http://www.reiclub.com/forums/index.php http://www.creonline.com/real-estate-investing-fo… http://nreionline.com/forum

Are these any good? Other forums, preferably with real estate professionals (investment sales, development, repe, reits) participating?

Bigger pockets has some good information, but you need to search for it amongst all the get rich quick flipper talk. If you're looking for financing help/information you can find leads and general advice as to what your options are.

Biggerpockets is great is you're looking for residential real estate forums. It's the most active site for that in the US. I'd say 10-20% of the people there are legit investors. The other posters are newbies asking questions like "How do i buy a house from auction in Vegas" It's a more entrepreneurial crowd with people who own a few properties here and there, or the few people who buy and sell dozens of properties a month (I know a few people personally like that who are on BP).

WSO obviously has more sophisticated commercial real estate professionals. But everyone here is anonoymous. The nice thing about BP is that you can follow some of the more educated investors who are pretty knowledgeable and work to build on their reputation.

I also heard about the fastlane forum. Some tips concerning real estate investments could be found on reddit and city-data as well.

djc225Hey guys, this isn't directly ibanking related, but I know many of your focus on the real estate industry. Does anyone know of any good forums like WSO, but dedicated to commercial real estate?

here you go guys: http://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forum/real-estate-finance-investing-care…
