I have a case study/modeling exam coming up with a REPE firm. Does anyone have any that they would like to share? Is there a property type that they typically use? I was told it's a pretty simple "exam" and I should know how to build a cash flow and calculate return metrics, etc.

Kind of need to know what type of company you are interviewing for before people can steer you in the right direction. REPE is a loose term that a lot of different type of companies operate under.
hey. it's a relatively a small firm and they don't focus on one specific asset class but do a lot of hospitality and mixed use stuff. any idea where I can find some practice modeling exams?
