Are any Real Estate investors Data led?
Curious to what extent real estate investors, either indivuals or firms, use data to make decisions regarding sector theses or on individual asset/locations. If yes, would love to hear more about the type of data and methods used.
For context, have a REPE internship lined up and am currently learning econometrics at uni and doing some work on hedonic pricing. Thanks!
Does any real estate company not use data in their decision making process?
Rise, Tides, Nitya, Cardone...
oh and lets not forget this guyhttps://finance.yahoo.com/news/100-legal-tiktok-syndicator-faces-133000310.html
Lmao touché
I don't think it's accurate to call those firms "real estate companies." Madoff wasn't running a hedge fund, he was running a Ponzi scheme, and those firms aren't running real estate companies, they're running frauds that extract cash through fees.
