Are transaction comps for hotels really 20x?

Curious what are normal transaction comps for hotels? I had heard these were 20x, but that seems really high. The only comp I can find that shows it's that high is TLG Immobilien (some German company).

Does anyone know reasonable transaction comps for hospitality/hotels?
