Sweaty but you get to dive into a lot of stuff.

I don't understand the logic behind this. How is this a benefit of working there? What firm doesn't make you "dive into stuff?" 

Sorry this didn’t fit your criteria for a helpful comment. In my experience in real estate there are companies that just need heads and number crunchers without educating employees on how things actually work. As an example, you can be an “acquisitions” guy who only works the model, you can also be an acquisitions guy who works the model, puts in the offers, works through dd, etc.  By “dive into things” I mean you would have more touch on the process than the average job.

Obviously it was some time ago so the specifics were blurry. Keyboard warrior over here.
