Depends on the firm and strategy in Chicago. If it's an Investment Manager competing on the ODCE, I'd expect anywhere from $110K - $130K + 25% - 50% bonus. If it's a Value/Opportunistic fund focused on yield in addition to fees, I'd expect anywhere from $125K - $150K + 30% - 100% bonus. Ping me if you need more color.
